Dicing Rules Empty
PostSubject: Dicing Rules   Dicing Rules EmptyMon Apr 30, 2012 10:57 am

Okay guys.

Go to this site to get a recording device.
http://www.hyperionics.com/hc/downloads.asp

The dicing rules are as follows:

1. The dice involved are either 2,6 sided dice (which are the main dice on irc).

2. Unless a host that is Captain+ permits the only game to be played is dice duels but when a host thats Captain+ wants to host a 55x2 dice game or Under/Over/Sevens then they the customer has to play those games.

3. The host must be always vidding while they are hosting so that in the case someone believes they have been scammed the host can look at their vid. If a host is found not vidding for more than 3 duels, they must explain to either The Legendee, 2mf or Fitzy why they weren't vidding. If they don't have a good reason they will be demoted by the person who finds them guilty .

4. If you accidentally give your money to an impersonater or are scammed by someone who isn't a host then you will not be refunded unless a host is feeling generous.

5. People who are hosting without a rank will be rightly kicked from the friends chat (unless there are no hosts and on and they have permission, but this permission must be recorded or screenshot. If that is the case they are then allowed to host but they cannot take commision). If they try to host again without permission and evidence they will be warned and if attempted again, banned from the friends chat + IRC.

6. Hosts cannot refuse to host someone they do not like. But all hosts can choose their minimums, their are set minimums for different ranks and they cannot go above them only below. Hosts cannot alter their maximum allowance of 10% commision or their maximum holding capability of their rank. If anyone wishes to donate to a host they may do so aslong as the host accepts the offer.

7. The hosting minimums and maximums for certain ranks are as follows:

--Recruit--minimum 100k wager (200k pot)--maximum 10m wager (20m pot)
--Corporal--minimum 100k wager (400k pot)--maximum 20m wager (40m pot).
--Sargeant--minimum 100k wager (1m pot)--maximum 30m wager (60m pot).
--Lieutenant--minimum 500k wager (1m pot)--maximum 50m wager (100m pot).
--Captain--minimum 500k wager (2m pot)--maximum 150m wager (300m pot).
--General--minimum 1m wager (2m pot)--maximum 1b wager (2b pot).

8. All hosts take 10% commision and it is undebatable. When a hosts decides to vs you in a dice duel themselves they may not take 10% commision, if they try to, notify them and if they refuse to pay the full amount, report them.

9. When a dice duel is in place the two participants must wait until when the host announces in IRC that the pot is made and both players may roll. They then can roll and the highest roll wins out of the participants. Also there must only be 2 participants in a dice duel unless all paricipants agree to extend the amount of people. The host must also agree to this without breaking their ranks' maximum holding amount.

10. The rules for when a host starts to host a 55x2 are that; if a 55 or higher is rolled than the player who bet wins, but if it is 54 or below the player loses. There is absolutly no commision in the 55x2 dice game though. The same rank limitations apply for this game.
